How many of you disliked the e-scooter rental program the city backed?
Have heard of many accidents including pedestrians getting broken bones after colliding with scofflaw types that are drawn to their use.
Need another reason to ban them?
Canada Day was to culminate with a drone display instead of the traditional fireworks which the city deemed would be safer.
Everyone that was waiting wondered why the event was cancelled until we find out some clown, riding an orange menace, drove over the antenna for the drones.
Even though there were security people there to prevent this type of occurrence, still happened.
Great disappointment for all!
Did you wonder what the security team was doing?
Does the city now show the orange menace the door?
