A granddaughter for Nikki Fontaine, Joann McKay, Nelson White, all of Vernon. A great-granddaughter for the late Earlene and Ernie Fontaine, Lois and Wayne Redick of Trail, B.C.

April 14: Born to Jason Moores and Tara Ouellet of Vernon, B.C., a boy, 9 lbs. 1 oz., named Hunter William Allan Moores. A brother for Mallory Moores, 15.
