If sporting events aren’t for you, but you’re still looking for a way to appreciate the sunny September skies head to Mackie Lake House this weekend for a chance to check out unique paintings, a stunning view and collaborate on a North Okanagan Federation of Canadian Artists (NOFCA) project.
Held in conjunction with Respectfest, the NOFCA art show/sale, which is on Sept.22 and 23, features roughly ten artists using a variety of mediums, as well as an opportunity to participate in their project, a collaborative effort which encourages the public to paint or write on a large canvas using the theme, What I Respect About Canada.
