UPDATE July 10:
Continued work is prolonging a road closure in Coldstream.
Water main works have forced Buchanan Road to be closed now until Thursday, July 11 at 3 p.m.
The district originally expected the closure would only be needed Wednesday.
ORIGINAL July 9:
Buchanan Road in Coldstream will be closed Wednesday, July 10, from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. to facilitate water main works.
The district said the road will be open to local traffic only during the closure. All other traffic will have to detour via Highway 6.
"Please obey all traffic personnel and signage," the district said Tuesday.
