The two-vehicle crash at 48th Avenue and 27th Street has been cleared, and traffic is returning to normal.

A pair of crashes are slowing traffic in Vernon Thursday afternoon.
One of the crashes took place on Alexis Park Drive near 39th Avenue shortly before 4 p.m. Aug. 1. Alexis Park Drive is closed to northbound traffic, and drivers are being diverted along 39th Avenue.
Vernon Fire Rescue Services and the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP are on scene.
A white sedan could be seen with damage to its side at the scene of the crash. A truck pulling a trailer could also be seen parked on the side of the road, though it is unclear if it was involved in the crash.
It is unknown if any injuries were sustained in the crash.
The second crash took place around the same time, at 27th Street and 48th Avenue. The two-vehicle crash is impacting northbound traffic on 27th Street.
At least one person has been taken away from the scene by ambulance.
Tow trucks are on scene working to open southbound lanes which are both blocked by cars at 48th Avenue and 27th Street.
