A Vernon doctor is facing multiple counts of sexual assault.
Dr. Peter Inkpen was initially arrested July 14, 2022 after a woman reported to police that she had been sexually assaulted by her physician.
Two charges of sexual assault were approved in 2022 in relation to two victims.
BC Prosecution Service Communications Counsel Damienne Darby confirms that four more counts of sexual assault were entered against Inkpen Jan. 25, 2024.
He is scheduled to appear March 7 at the Vernon Law Courts on that file.
But he also has trials set for other sexual assault allegations on Feb. 25 and March 4.
Publication bans are in place to protect the identities of the victims.
