Sewing fans of the North Okanagan, unite!
It's International Sewing Day, Thursday, June 13.
This week's photo from the Museum and Archives of Vernon shows Mr. Norman Harley in 1958 at the table of a beautiful new Brother sewing machine, built-in to a table.
The machine is marked down $40, and could have been had 66 years ago for $209.
