The community is rallying for Vernon fire victims.
A fundraiser will be held Sunday for the 12 families impacted by the Arbor Lee apartment fire July 10.
“Families, individuals, business owners and representatives are joining hands and hearts to help raise funds and distribute donations,” said Marnie Macnabb, event organizer.
The auction will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Best Western Pacific Inn (4790 34th St.) and residents can also drop off donations at that time.
Macnabb is hoping for a large turnout.
“Come be a part, bring donations and participate in the auction,” said Macnabb.
“Let’s support and be a blessing to our community.”
