Want the chance to sample the best grub from local chefs? You can this summer underneath the stars at the Allan Brooks Nature Centre (ABNC).

The fifth annual Dinner Under the Stars fundraiser is offering three food maestros on July 8, July 25, and September 15.

On Saturday, July 8, Matthew Morazain will prepare a six-course dinner. Each dish is blended with locally sourced ingredients and paired with wine from Van Westen Winery.

Two and a half weeks later, on Tuesday, July 25, GumTree Catering will bring you to the Mediterranean, with their blend of flavours. Their chefs will take you on a diverse culinary journey of Greece and its surrounding islands through a variety of traditional dishes starting with meze and ending with exquisite traditional Greek desserts.

Lastly, the Friday, Sept. 15 event sees Chef Scott Sanderson of SilverStar Mountain providing a tantalizing taste bud tour. The diverse menu offering will feature a wide range of culinary delights.

To enjoy one of these experiences, visit abnc.ca/duts2023. Place your bids between Friday, June 23 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, June 25.

Proceeds from Dinner Under the Stars support the future of the ABNC.
