A submerged boat has led to a fuel spill at the Paddlewheel Park boat launch.

UPDATE: Authorities aren't sure when the Paddlewheel Park boat launch will reopen.

The launch was closed Sunday after a oil spill from a submerged boat was discovered.

Regional District of North Okanagan staff are consulting with the Ministry of Environment Monday on the extent of the fuel leak and when the launch may reopen.
