The Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce is set to host three of the top local government leaders.
Rick Fairborn, Regional District of North Okanagan chairperson, Coldstream Mayor Jim Garlick and Vernon Mayor Akbar Mund will speak at the annual Local Government Leaders Breakfast Wednesday at the Vernon Atrium Hotel.
“Their term is half over so this will be a great opportunity to check in and see what they have accomplished and what is on their radar for the next two years,” said Dan Rogers, chamber general manager.
“Our members and the business community are keen to get updates on everything from proposed developments to plans to address the region’s long term water needs.”
