Halloween festivities uneventful for North Okanagan RCMP

Police report very few issues as trick or treaters make the rounds

Halloween festivities were held throughout the North Okanagan Monday.

There were very few tricks which was a real treat for the RCMP.

Police officers report that Halloween festivities Monday led to no significant call-outs.

"It went well. There were no major issues," said Sgt. Rob Farrer.

"The kids were out trick or treating and nothing exceptional occurred."

Community celebrations were held throughout the region, including Cherryville, Lumby, Lavington, Coldstream, Vernon, BX, Armstrong, Enderby and Falkland.
