Get your input in on the concept design for a new park at the old Kin Race Track site before the deadline.
An online public survey is open until May 23 for residents to share their thoughts on the design and how it meets your family’s needs.
Vernon Mayor Victor Cumming says the city wants the park to offer a variety of recreational opportunites.
“As a growing and thriving community, we want to ensure this park meets the needs of Vernon for years to come while offering an exciting destination for our visitors and for hosting sporting and cultural events.”
Information from public consultation and a final concept design will be presented to council June 13.
Site preparation is expected to begin this fall.
