Lumby stage surveyed

Parks and recreation is circulating a survey on the proposed community stage

Lumby groups can have a say in planning for a new amenity.

The White Valley Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee is circulating a survey on the proposed community stage for Oval Park.

“We’re trying to get a general sense of what stakeholders want and what activities they would do there,” said Tannis Nelson, manager of community services.

The survey is available at the White Valley Community Centre and the Lumby village office.

There is no timeline to construct the stage and it will be considered as part of the 2017 budget.
