A Kelowna motorcyclist suffered a broken leg and an injured wrist in an accident Tuesday on Highway 97A in Spallumcheen.
The woman had been riding with another motorcyclist northbound when she rounded a corner and could not avoid a wooden pallet which was straddling both lanes of the highway near L&A Cross Road.
The accident happened shortly before 11 a.m.
The injured woman was taken to Vernon Jubilee Hospital
