The Okanagan Children’s Choir, the Okanagan Youth Choir, and their newest group for little ones—the OCC Explorers—are inviting the public to two concerts on Saturday, May 10th at the Cathedral Church of St Michael’s and All Angels in Kelowna.
The theme for both shows is all about flight. You’ll hear music inspired by birds, the invention of human flight, and the idea that music itself can lift people up.
The Okanagan Children’s Choir and Youth Choir have built a name for themselves, winning awards and moving audiences with performances that combine musical excellence with an emotional connection. Singers range from eager first-graders to talented young adults, and on Saturday, the arent Choir will step onto the stage for a special guest appearance.
Conductors Frances Chiasson and Taylor Bone will lead the choirs. They bring years of experience, and passion to their work.
