Owners reunited with iPod

The owners, who are from northern B.C. were quite pleased to have their device returned

A lost iPod, found in Vernon recently, has been reunited with its owners.

The owners, who are from northern B.C. were quite pleased to have their device returned.

“They were surprised to get their iPod back,” said Const. Jocelyn Noseworthy. “As we all know, it’s not very likely to get items that you’ve lost or have been stolen returned to you.”

The device was recovered from an individual who was arrested on a different offence.

With thousands of pictures of a couple on the iPod, police released a photo of the device in hopes of finding its proper owners.

No charges are being forwarded in relation to the matter

“They aren’t able to tell us exactly where that item was taken from so we can’t prove that a criminal offence happened,” said Noseworthy.
