Robert Wayne Lapp, 29, is described, as a Caucasian male, six-foot-two, 216-pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has been known to wear glasses as well.

Anita Rose Moore, 50, is described, as a Caucasian female, five-foot tall, 90-pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
