A park in Kelowna’s Glenmore neighbourhood was heavily defaced in late May, including some graffiti with racist remarks.

The Calmels Crescent park was seen on the morning of May 27 in a “general mess”, according to a Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers release, along with spray paint depicting racist remarks and symbols, as well as male genitalia.

Police believe that the incident happened around 11:30 the night before. The group of youths allegedly involved were captured on a store video camera around ten minutes later.

If you can help to identify any of these teenagers who are alleged to be involved, you can report it to Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or leave a tip through the website
