RCMP investigating cause of Vernon car fire

The incident occurred in the 3900 block of 32nd Avenue

The cause of a Vernon vehicle fire is not known.

Vernon firefighters were called to the 3900 block of 32nd Avenue Sunday at about 6:50 a.m. after receiving a report of a a late-model Pontiac being on fire.

Due to the efforts of the firefighters, there was no damage to the nearby garage.

The case is under investigation by the RCMP.
