School may still be out, but fun, hands on learning is in at the Okanagan Science Centre.

The Okanagan Science Centre has wound up another great summer of science camps and is rolling right into day camps during the teachers strike.

Day camps will take place for the duration of the teachers strike. Camps will incorporate science, math, art, history and more through fun, educational and hands-on experiences linked to the B.C. curriculum. In addition to daily outdoor physical activities children will be going on exciting learning excursions in the community.

Camps will run Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The cost is $40 per day for OSC members and $50 per day for non- members (plus GST).

Call 250-545-3644 or visit the OSC in Polson Park to register.
