Family and officials haven’t given up their search for a missing Enderby woman who hasn’t been heard from for two months now.

Caitlin Brandy Potts, 27, was reported missing to the Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP on March 1.

“We are still appealing to the public,” said RCMP Cst. Jocelyn Noseworthy, RCMP spokesperson. “It (the investigation) is still very active. We’ve had the helicopter, ground searches, we’ve spoken to dozens of people.

“We haven’t given up on finding Caitlin by any means.”

Potts is described as approximately five-foot-three, 150 pounds with brown eyes and long black hair with blond streaks.

She was reported missing by friends in the area when they weren’t able to get a hold of her. Her mother lives in Alberta and it was suggested that she may have moved to Calgary, but Vernon RCMP have been in touch with authorities there and have been unable to locate her.

“It’s a matter we’re taking very seriously,” said Noseworthy, adding that there have been some tips but not a lot.

There are no mental health issues which the RCMP are aware of and they state that Potts did not lead a high risk lifestyle.

Anyone with information about Caitlin Potts or her current whereabouts is asked to call the Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP detachment at 250-545-7171 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Seach for Terrance continues

RCMP are also continuing to look for a missing Armstrong resident.

Terrence Strynadka was last seen Feb. 15 near Swan Lake.

“We’re asking anyone who may have saw him that day to call us and let us know as his family is still looking for him and so are we,” said Noseworthy.

Terrance is a 63-year-old caucasian male, five foot nine inches tall, weights 189 lbs, has grey hair, moustache and beard and brown eyes

He was last seen wearing glasses and a black and grey jacket.

Police are very concerned for Terrence’s health and well-being and friends and family report that it is out of character for him to be out of contact for this long.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Terrence Strynadka is urged to contact their local police, or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
