Despite DriveBC reports, Highway 6 was open, just limited to traffic in Vernon Thursday morning.
A semi-truck was blocking a single lane heading eastbound near the intersection of Kalamalka Lake Road around 10 a.m. for a couple hours.
Traffic heading east, to Lumby, was moving. And motorists heading into Vernon were able to use the remaining lane to get around the truck.
A strap came loose on the truck, and contents shifted, which is why it was stopped and blocking the road partially.
