Snow forecast for the North Okanagan

Temperatures are warming up in the North Okanagan but that could mean some white stuff.

Environment Canada reports there is a 40 per cent chance of flurries late Monday morning and early afternoon in Vernon, with periods of snow, up to five centimetres, beginning in the afternoon.

Monday's daytime high is expected to be about minus 5 and that will also be the overnight low.

On Tuesday, there is a 60 per cent chance of flurries and the temperature will be about minus 2.

For Wednesday, there is a 60 per cent chance of showers, with a high of plus 3 and a low of plus 2.
