Suspicious Kelowna shed fire quickly doused

The blaze sparked at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday

A suspicious shed fire quickly spread to a utility pole, Thursday night, prompting multiple 911 calls.

Fire crews arrived on scene of a full-involved blaze in the 200 block of Dougall Road South.

The eight-by-ten-foot shed was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived on scene at about 8:30 p.m.

The initial crew quickly knocked down the blaze and there were no injuries to the public or firefighters.

The Kelowna Fire Department responded with three engines, a rescue and a command unit.

RCMP are investigating.
