Motorists traveling down 27th Street next week may experience a slight delay, as crews work on the installation of a water service.
Starting as early as 7:30 a.m. on Monday, May 30, City crews will be working on 27th Street between 28th and 30th avenues. Traffic will be reduced to single lane in both directions during construction. The work is anticipated to be completed by 3:30 p.m. the following day. Note, these timelines may change if emergencies arise.
“Some delays should be expected for motorists in the area; however, every effort will be made to minimize disruptions,” the city said. “Please remember to watch for construction workers, slowdown in work zones, and follow all traffic control measures. The city appreciates everyone’s patience while this project is being completed.”
