Saskatoon Police Services pulled over a vehicle mid-afternoon and their investigation revealed that the driver, from Surrey, was found to have outstanding traffic warrants and was arrested.

As he was being searched, officers found drugs and cash.

They also allegedly found drugs and cash on the two passengers, including the man from Vernon, who is 19.

Officers seized around 28 grams of crack cocaine and $1,800 in cash, as well as a 2002 Dodge Caravan.

Kevin Zou is facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking, and proceeds of crime. He is remanded in custody pending his next court appearance in Saskatoon July 26.
