Vernon RCMP are trying to track down a male driver who fled an accident scene Monday.
Police were called to the intersection of 27th Street and 48th Avenue just after noon, and discovered four cars involved in a collision.
Cpl. Joe Leeson said the vehicles involved were a black Chevy pickup, a black GMC Envoy, a red Mitsubishi Outlander and a silver Nissan Pathfinder.
The male driver of the pickup was observed fleeing the scene on foot.
Leeson said the man had not been located as of Tuesday but had been identified, and that the investigation is ongoing.
Two drivers were taken to Vernon Jubilee Hospital with undisclosed, non-life-threatening injuries.
