Sunny skies and cool temperatures made for a delightful winter scene on Salmon Arm Bay, this past Sunday.
The Shuswap Lake, now frozen over thanks to the recent cold snap that has whipped through the region, became a playground for outdoor enthusiasts.
From snowshoers, to cross-country skiers, to winter hikers the the bay was a busy spot to be.
The crisp untouched snow and trails were shared by residents of all ages, from families to several senior ladies who cautioned across the frozen lake with canes and smiling faces.
