A Vernon motorist had a peaceful encounter with a bunch of rams Monday, April 18.

Leo Louis was heading south on Westside Road toward Kelowna when he passed about a half-dozen of the male sheep wandering the side of the road, about 10 kilometres past La Casa.

The rams are not at all uncommon to the Westside area.
