Volunteers locate missing snowmobiler near Enderby

Fifteen members of Vernon Search and Rescue as well as other snowmobilers in the area assisted in the search.

A snowmobiler was located near Enderby before having to spend a cold night outdoors.

Vernon Search and Rescue were called out at 5:30 p.m. Friday to search for a missing woman who was snowmobiling at Hunter’s Range. She had been snowmobiling with family and friends and became separated from them.

Fifteen members of Vernon Search and Rescue as well as other snowmobilers in the area assisted in the search.

The woman was located at 9:30 p.m. by Vernon SAR volunteers.
