The former West Vernon school has a new owner.

The Vernon School District has confirmed that it has sold the property to the North Okanagan Child Care Society, which has leased the site for many years.

“We are very excited to have a permanent home for our society,” said Rebekka Lindskoog, NOCCS chairperson.
