A winter storm approaching Coastal British Columbia will begin to impact the Southern Interior Sunday morning.
The snow will become heavy at times Sunday afternoon. The snow will ease Sunday night but the next impulse will bring more snow for Monday. Total snowfall accumulations of 20 to 30 cm can be expected through Monday night. Some patchy freezing rain can be expected with this second impulse especially over the southwest regions.
Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
