Vernon RCMP continue to want to speak to two individuals who assisted the victims of a motor vehicle accident.
On Oct. 23 at about 1 a.m., two vehicles collided at 30th Avenue and 32nd Street. One woman died while the passenger in her vehicle sustained serious injuries.
The police have put out a call for two men who stopped to assist the victims.
“They have not called in,” said Gord Molendyk, RCMP spokesperson.
The men walked away from the scene before speaking to officers about what they may have witnessed. The men are asked to call 250-545-7171.
No charges have been laid in the incident.
“Crown is asking for more details before they lay a charge,” said Molendyk.
“We will leave no stone unturned in this investigation.”
