2025 Parking permits for City-owned surface lots and the parkade will be available for sale beginning January 1, 2025.
Important changes:
- Purchase of permits will be available online only, via the HotSpot parking app.
- Pre-sale is no longer available, permits will be available for purchase beginning:
- Annual: January 1, 2025
- Monthly: January 4, 2025
- Each HotSpot user account is limited to the purchase of one (1) permit per lot (annual or monthly).
Customers are encouraged to become familiar with the HotSpot app or website in advance of permit sales by installing the app and creating a user account.
Permit holders must still clearly display a valid permit hang tag in the vehicle while parked. Permit pick up will be available beginning on the business day following purchase. The existing no refund and no exchange policy remains in place.
