Notice is hereby given that City of Vernon Council is considering initial readings of the following Zoning Amendment Bylaw pursuant to the Local Government Act:
3501 11th Street Rezoning Amendment Bylaw 5960, 2023

Purpose: | Bylaw 5960 is to rezone the property from R2 to R3 in order to subdivide the existing parcel into two parcels. |

Proposed Zoning: | R3 – Medium Lot Residential |
First Reading: | Council will consider giving Bylaw 5960 first, second and third readings at the Regular Council meeting scheduled Monday, June 12, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 3400 30th Street, Vernon, BC. |
