March 8, 1988 to March 11, 2004. Adam left us too soon on March 11, 2004 at 3:00 at the age of 16 at Vernon Jubilee Hospital.

Adam is survived by his mom Donna (Vernon) and his dad Rick (Sue) (Maple Ridge). His sister Rachel and brother Ryley. His sister India and brother Zane (Maple Ridge). Grandpa and Grandma Wudkevich (Salmon Arm), Grandpa and Grandma Goldie (Pitt Meadows). Steve Butler (Revelstoke).

Relatives that came to say good-bye, his Uncle Woody and Auntie Val (Nelson), Aunty Brenda and Uncle Garry (Salmon Arm), Auntie Jackie (Kitscoty), his loving cousins Alaxandra & Christopher, Sarah & Ryan, Shaunessy & Taryn.

Even though his relatives from the Coast did not come to say good-bye, Adam knows that your prayers were with us.

Adam’s special friends Alex, Dallas, Gabe, Nick, Katie, Hobbs, Cody, Teanna, Rachelle, Jocelyn, Kevin, J.P. and all the other friends that took the time to help Adam through this.

Very special thank you to all of my special friends, co-workers, and customers that sent their special prayers and helped us through it all.

Thank you to all the special nurses and doctors at Vernon and Children’s for the care you gave Adam and giving him the will to fight. And to everyone at Ronald McDonald House for their love and support. Mark & Ron from Pleasant Valley Funeral Home for the care and support with Adam and his family.

Adam you were so loved by so many people and touched so many lives. I love you and miss you so very much and I wish more than anything that you were here. Our life is so empty.
