June 30, 1930 - July 17, 2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our friend Alexander (Alex) Bobey on July 17, 2018.
Alex was born in Vernon on June 30, 1930. Alex spent most of his younger years in the Canadian Air Force, travelling through out Canada and the rest of the world. When he returned to Vernon, he opened and ran an auto body shop for many years. He spent most of his time in his shop that he loved, building and fixing things for others. Alex loved the outdoors and looked forward to getting out with his friends every year.
We would like to send a special thank you to all the Community Care Workers who helped Alex over the past few years, it is greatly appreciated.
He will be missed by his loving friends Barry, Tom, and Lorraine.
