In Loving Memory ~
In the late afternoon of September 19 Alice left this world peacefully. Standing only 152 cm she was a sweet lady but could be feisty and stand her ground if needed.
Born in Vancouver, BC, she lived most of her life in Richmond, BC helping her Dad on the family farm. Alice had one son and daughter.
In June 1986 she received the devastating news that her daughter Carmen was in an automobile accident and passed away. This broke Alice's heart into a million pieces.
Having tired of the rain at the coast she made the move to the Okanagan Valley to be closer to her son. She loved the snow, and taking her two dogs for walks.
Then in 2008, she received a visit from Jehovah's Witnesses. This would change her life. After studying the bible she was baptized in October 2009. Finally she knew the meaning of life!
She leaves behind her son Terrance, sister Carol, her son Jason and lifelong friends Bernie and Pat. Thank you to the staff at VGH, Hospice House, Heritage Square and the wonderful brothers and sisters at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Sleep till we meet again in Paradise. REVELATION 21:3.4
