Allan Melvin Waugh passed away peacefully in Armstrong, BC on March 18, 2018 at age 94.
Allan is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Betty Waugh; his 7 children; 11 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
Born in Harrison Mills, BC, on May 20, 1923, Allan was raised in BC living most of his life in Vancouver, BC. He owned two newspaper presses and later worked for Pacific Press for 30 years. He spent his retirement in Lumby, BC.
Allan loved golf, hockey, family picnics, and socializing with fellow RCAF veterans at his local Army & Navy.
According to Allan's wishes, a gathering will be held at Army & Navy in Vernon, BC on April 6, 2018 at 1 PM
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ALS Society of BC, in memory of his predeceased grandson, Lyle Dennis Merner.
