Arline V. Higgins passed away in her 93rd year November 27, 2022. Predeceased by her husband Walter Higgins, February 20, 1989 and her daughter Ellen, May 11, 2005.
Much loved and missed by her 3 surviving children and their families. Judy (Nick), Wally (Pat), Ernie (Gay), many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
