Passed away peacefully on October 7th 2017.
He was predeceased by his father, John William McDougall, Mother, Emma Swite, brothers Walter McDougall & Narcisse Alexander.
Survived by sisters Verna Wilson-Westbank BC, Violet Stubbs- Winfield BC, nephew Gary Stubbs- Winfield BC. niece Sherry Anne Hoggart - Edgewood BC, brother Wayne McDougall - Calgary Alberta.
The wake was held at Verna Wilson at 3115 Cougar Road - Westbank BC on Wednesday, October 11th, 2017 at the Lady of the Lords Church in Westbank at 11:00 a.m.
