Avonne Lynette Nelson was born February 10, 1941 and passed away in Vernon, BC on May 27, 2018.
Avonne graduated from Vernon High School in 1959 followed by the Royal Jubilee Hospital School of Nursing in Victoria in 1963. Avonne graduated as an Air Canada Stewardess in 1966. Avonne lived in Victoria until returning to Vernon in 1986. Avonne spent her final years living close to Kin Beach.
Avonne is survived by her sister Ginny, brothers Willis, Richard and Roy, her daughters Kaelen and Kendell and granddaughter Cassidy.
