Bert John Sanesh passed away peacefully at The Hamlets on March 31, 2020 at the age of 81 years. Bert is survived by his brother John of Lumby, BC and Margaret Buhler of Vernon BC, one nephew, and two nieces.
Bert was predeceased by his parents Margaret and John Sanesh, two sisters, Mary Andre and Annie Lazko.
Bert lived in the Lumby area and worked for many years with Ohashi Bros Logging until his retirement, he was also a longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #167 in Lumby. Bert also enjoyed playing music with The Blue Valley Boy's.
The family would like to thank Dr. Pritchett and the dedicated staff at The Hamlets for the care and compassion they showed Bert.
In respecting Bert's wishes there will be no formal funeral service held. Those friends wishing to make memorial contributions in memory of Bert may do so to the charity of their choice.
