Betty was born February 26, 1939, in Armstrong and died May 3, 2023, in Vancouver B.C.
She grew up in Armstrong and then spent most of her life in Vancouver.
She is survived by her husband Chris Metten, daughter Elaine Taylor (Mark), sister-in-law Wanda Fowler and numerous relatives.
She is predeceased by her parents Florence & Thomas Fowler and brothers Alf & Stan Fowler.
A celebration of life will be held at the home of Wanda Fowler at 2230 Fletcher Ave, Armstrong, from 2 - 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 2, 2023. Please bring a chair.
