Caroline Moneo, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and aunt departed this world for heaven, with her beloved husband and two of her three sons at her bedside. Caroline Moneo (nee Yanko) was born in Kelliher, Saskatchewan in 1934.
Predeceased by parents, Fred and Mary Yanko; sisters, Kay, Anne, Nelly, Olga, Rose and Julie; and brothers, John, Pete and Bill. She is survived by her loving husband John, her brother Mike (Winnie), and her three sons Mitch (Shannon), Miles, and Mark (Stephanie).
Caroline met John, the love of her life, in Regina Saskatchewan and they were married in 1956. In 2006, Caroline and John moved to Vernon to enjoy their golden years.
Grandma Carol had immense love for her grandchildren and took interest and pride in all their accomplishments as they grew to become young adults. She will be forever missed by Savannah, Matthew, Nelson, Oliver, Jethro and Georgia. Caroline had deep faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and we are comforted in the knowledge that she has happily received her eternal reward.
A family funeral service for Caroline will be held on July 4, 2020 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery at 11 a.m.
