Cecil passed away on October 13 after a short illness. He was always a cheerful guy and had a greeting for all who passed by.
He was born to Nora and Joe Wilson on June 3, 1936 in Falkland Bc. He is survived by 2 sisters, Teresa White (George), Judy Chabot (Peter) and 1 brother Mike Wilson (Betty).
