Celia passed away peacefully in Vernon Jubilee Hospital on July 8th, 2016.
The funeral service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church on Friday, July 15th, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. with Bishop Melissa Skelton officiating. A reception will follow in the church hall.
