Colton White

Colton James White passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2005, at the age of 24 years, beloved husband of Jane White of Medicine Hat. He also leaves to cherish his memory his parents Ron and Lori White of Medicine Hat, his sister Jolene White of Calgary; his grandparents Jim and Anne White of Medicine Hat and Ron and Ethel Reeve of Moose Jaw; a great grandmother Victoria Malesh of Assiniboia; Jane’s parents, Joyce and Jay Simons of Victoria, B.C., two sisters-in-law Heather (Hugh) Cyr (and their children Tristan and Ava) of Vernon, B.C. and Erin Davis of Victoria; Jane’s father Colby Davis of Vancouver; his uncles and aunts, Barclay (Renee) White and family of Red Deer, Jamie (Janet) White and family of Medicine Hat, Warren Reeve and family of Mortlach, Saskatchewan, Barry (Gerri) Reeve and family of Parkbeg, Saskatchewan, Randy (Marg) Reeve and family of Okanagan Falls, B.C., Kelly (Karen) Reeve and family of Okanagan Falls, B.C. and Rick (Michelle) Reeve and family of Moose Jaw. Colton James White was born February 5, 1981 in Medicine Hat, Alberta. He attended Ecole River Heights, Montreal Street School and CHHS. In his early years Colton enjoyed hockey, baseball and golf. His love for music was a part of everything he did. Colton’s passion for life and people took him all over the world from Taiwan to Mexico. His deep bond with his family and friends in Medicine Hat always brought him back home. Through Eagles Nest Ranch and Youth With a Mission, Colton found an outlet for his huge dreams and compassion; touching lives at every moment. In 2003, Colton’s biggest dream was fulfilled when his sister introduced him to Jane Davis. In May 2005 Colton’s life became complete when he married Jane and started to live out his new dreams. In the short time they were together as husband and wife, they experienced more life than one could ever imagine. Family and friends who wish to share memories with Colton’s family may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Friday evening from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in Temple Baptist Church (606 7th Street SW) on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Michael Diebert and Pastor Al Derry officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery.
