1958 - 2016
Darrell passed away unexpectedly on November 13th, 2016 at Kelowna General Hospital.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Courtney (Nick) Luxen and grandchildren, Aliyah and Brooklyn; his son, Clayton (Kourtney) Wapple and grandchild Blakely; his mother, Shirley Smith; brother, Barry Wapple, and sister, Terry L. Wapple. Darrell was predeceased by his father, George Wapple.
In keeping with Darrell’s request, there will not be a service.
God saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be
So He closed His arms around you and whispered
“Come to Me”.
You didn’t deserve what you went through,
So He gave you rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best.
And when we saw you sleeping
so peaceful and free from pain,
We could not wish you back to suffer that again.
